Dear vivnitrel,
You are strong in academics. With an above average GMAT score, good undergrad GPA and a brand name of NIT Jamshedpur, these points are strong. 12th percentage might need some explanation though.
While your work-experience has been diverse and uncommon, it is bit less in terms of number of years. Moreover, your post-MBA goals need more polishing because as of now, it is not clear what value will an MBA will add if you want to continue in the same industry and similar role. Doesn't your current role lead to what you have mentioned in your short term goals?
Overall, your profile is good. But with the current information provided, we would suggest you to wait for another year and apply.
