I am planning to opt for my mba at 5 years down the line. Apart from a good GMAT score what else should I do to maximise my chances for M7(If possible, since my acads is not on the higher side.) and get sure shots at T15.
Chart a roadmap for me.

To maximize your chances for M7 and T15 MBA programs in 5 years, focus on building strong work experience by prioritizing leadership roles, quantifiable achievements, and, if possible, international exposure. Strengthen your extracurricular profile by scaling your NGO’s impact and pursuing passion projects that demonstrate leadership and initiative. Complement your academics by excelling in relevant certifications like CFA, project management or courses like MBA Math to offset concerns about undergraduate pedigree, and aim for a great GMAT/GRE score acc. to the school's requirements to boost your application. Additionally, craft a clear career vision linking your professional growth, extracurriculars, and long-term goals, while strategically networking with students and alumni from target schools. Engage in professional associations or community programs to showcase leadership outside work, and remain informed about business trends to develop intellectual depth. Attend webinars and informative sessions of your target schools. By consistently demonstrating leadership, impact, and a global perspective, you can strengthen your candidacy for top programs. Overall, your whole story should be impactful, align with the school’s values and should reflect what you bring to their community!

Hey, it's great that you are so proactive and thinking about them now. For the next five years, go bold. Get international exposure, create things, and rise up in job roles. Overall, get really solid work experience, not just because of business school, but do the things you would love and would do anyway. Make sure to bag an excellent gmat score in between, that would be fundamental.
