Kindly help with explaining how the answer is arrived. OG explanation is not clear. I had marked option B, with the understanding that Filmer's reference clearly explains the patriarchalism and how Royalist ideology is connected with patriarchalism.

ravi1001 : I would request you to post the query in the question thread itself. It is difficult to track it here. A simple google search will land you on to the relevant page. For example, I just googled "patriarchalism and how Royalist ideology gmatclub" and got to this question post: https://gmatclub.com/forum/it-is-an-odd ... 07145.html. Doing so helps in getting more relevant answers for the experts in a particular area(RC in this case).
