Hi - As a former PE/VC/I-Banking professional, I would recommend that you do not forget that unlikely things happen with bit of work, networking, and luck! You have great industry expertise. Schools like Wharton, Tuck, Duke, BU with healthcare programs would be a great start - in addition to NY-Finance feeders schools: Columbia/NYU. I-Banking sellside is pretty different from VC buyside. You may want to get a bit of advice on how to differentiate the careers and your candidacy for MBA and positions.
