Here is the qs:

if digit h is the hundreth's digit in the decimal d=0.2h6, what is the value of d, rounded to the nearest tenth?

1 - d<1/4
2 - h<5

here's my take.

(1) the number can be

Rounded to thenearest tenth it is always .2
SUFF

I think the intended trap is to think that we are concerned with the nearest hundredth, which varies. But the tenth does not. In fact, the 6 in the thousandth position is completely useless (well, its useful for ETS as a distraction), as it never affects the tenth place.
