"- To get the 50-point Bonus, you need to take 30 timers within 1 day (the day is measured based on the GMAT Club's midnight, which is US Pacific Time). If you take fewer than 30 questions within that 24-hour stretch, there will be no bonus. Keep that in mind".

I took more than thirty timer questions, but received no 50 bonus points points till now. Can anyone please help me or guide me in claiming these 50 points or do let me know if i went wrong anywhere?

Bonus 5: 50 HOT Points

Taking 30 timers in one day (Points awarded at Noon PST the following day)

Please note the parts in Annoyingly yellow highlight in the first post. Those are specifically there to highlight them. ?

You can hunt for the bonus Instagram question on gmat club forums and check PS, DS, SC and CR but it will be a lot easier to perhaps give instagram a shot ?

We have close to 100,000 questions on GMAT Club. Are you sure the no questions you could take? Maybe you have got all of them..... that would be very impressive! ???

Some concerns !

1)Some of us don't have Instagram accounts , guess we will miss these bonus points! Our Hard Luck !
2) For the 50 bonus points on attempting 30 questions a day, as everybody is busy posting explanations and taking part in the competition. Its hard to find 30 new questions on GMAT club consistently on a daily basis even adding PS+DS+CR+SC ! And on weekends new questions get particularly low! :)

For losers like me who have no other work apart from GMAT, Wish we could have more questions ! :please:

Leaving many of the 700+ levels questions, which are way too tough for me I think I have done almost all of 600-700 and below that questions. So yes I really do miss NEW questions on this levels. ;)

Hello bb and Bunuel,

I don't seem to get points for posting solutions to the HOT questions for both the sessions. Here is an attachment from current points tally and I have posted solutions for all questions within 60 mins of posting.

That's ok as long as it is accounted for. :) I just wanted to make sure, it's just not anomalous for me, because I have posted solutions for both the question batches within 60 mins.

I'm also in a similar situation - attempts/posts made within 1 hour time frame are not being counted. Waiting for 24 hour period if that may help.

How is the point awarded in instagram bonus question?
Shall I have to solve it within 1hr of posting?

And for other competition questions, will they be posted only 2 times at 8 am and 8 pm PST? Or any other time also?

i posted a solution from the mobile, after that want to change the formatting,,,, but its not allowing me to edit...

so to edit, can i delete and repost the same,,,, ( as it also says i cant post more than once , so dont know whether it will cause error if i delete, and repost), what to do, can i leave it as it is without formatting ( want to bold my explanation for easy readability)

What I don't get is how some folks are already at 270 points when a single 24-hour window is not yet over. There might be some calculation mistakes happening.

Indeed. Yesterday, after an hour after first lot of questions were posted people were at 120 something. But i assumed that if something is wrong with calculations it might be possible that mine was not scored while others' were. So I decided to wait instead for 24 hour window to close.

Anyway let's see. It's just fun, may be with a little twist. :)

Lately I have been encountering an unusual error.
While attempting the question with timer for questions whose OA has not been published the radio option(yes, no, not sure) which always comes alongside the timer has not been coming up .
Surprisingly although my attempt does get counted under error log but the attempt does not get counted under error log stats ,which thereby is limiting the count of total timers attempted in a day.

This error is valid only for questions whose OA has not been published by the moderator.

Kindly look into this error.
