How shifting to another company effects Profile

If you move companies very frequently: that could be a problem if you have previously jumped companies in different sectors/ functions, and as a result, you have followed no clear career path. In that scenario, you can come across as confused about what you wish to do in your career and it may become difficult to convince b-schools about your career goals. However, from your post above, this doesn't seem to be the scenario so I will assume this situation does not apply to you.

If you have largely stuck to your company(/ies): I don't see a problem here. Show through your resume / essays that this is a well-planned move and will put your career on a higher trajectory / possibly more aligned with your post-MBA goals.

You should be able to select recommenders from the current company. Infact they will add more value to your application if you have worked with them for 4 years. That said, try to get more recent managers from this current company (where you will work till May), as opposed to someone you worked with at the start of your career.
