Hi
island7 , congratulations on securing the admit
Be candid about your "needs" when asking for a scholarship. In your request, do mention if you are financially supporting your family or specific members of your family, siblings etc. stating why they are dependent on you. Give an estimate that majority of your savings would go towards your living expenses when you pursue the T20 program. Emphasize on how the scholarship amount would help you to not be burdened by education loans and use your savings effectively towards your living and networking expenses during the course and towards supporting your family. Mention previous merit or need based scholarships you may have received in the past and how they helped you succeed and alleviate any personal/financial problems.
Trust that the school will be reasonable in awarding you a suitable amount of scholarship based on the genuineness of your reasons.

I just got admitted into a T20 program with no scholarship. They said I could submit a scholarship request.
What is the appropriate way to do so?
Should I give them a range? Or an exact percentage that I want (of course I want full ride)
e.g.
1. 30%-60%
2. 60%
