I am thinking to retake GMAT. Please find below my scores in the prep tests and real test in previous attempt.

Your Verbal scores are not bad but at this point it is difficult to know what your difficulties stem from exactly as the scores are a bit all over the place. It can be timing or it can be gaps in knowledge or simply that certain techniques you have used do not suit you (or you are using too many!).
Everyone knows that the more practice the better. However that practice needs to be smart practice, based on your weaknesses and not simply mindless non directional practice.
From what I see you are a strong student so I sense that some refined techniques and systematic adherence to them, along with proper timing strategies for the Verbal may be of help. What your knowledge gaps are, I obviously cannot know presently. You have not give too much info here. I imagine that you have analyzed your work so you need to ask yourself why certain Verbal areas are weak areas (eg what are you doing in the RC? Are you needlessly reading everything? Are you trying to simply use your memory and eyes to find answers? Are you taking some notes? etc). Initially it is all about the analysis of where you are erring and why. After that you need to find the path of least resistance technique wise and then practice as much as possible. Don't just practice quesitons without figuring out the where and why.
