How to use error log?

Um, noob question, but how do the questions get added to the Error Log?

Welcome to GMAT Club. The questions are added by taking the timer. When you get to a question, there’s usually a timer at the top with a play button to start the countdown click the start button and time yourself, when you’re done click one of the five answer choices or choose the answers from the drop-down in case these are data sufficiency questions

when you choose the answer, your question will be submitted into the error log and it will be there for you too review or analyze or track.

How Questions Get Added to the GMAT Club Error Log
 
  Automatic Saving: 
 
 Any question you attempt using the  Timer  feature on the forum is automatically saved in your Error Log. 
 Questions attempted in the  Forum Quiz  are also automatically recorded. 
 Results from  GMAT Club Tests  are automatically logged as well.  
 
  Tracking Mistakes: 
 
 The log tracks all questions you've attempted, whether you got them right or wrong. However, the primary focus is on your mistakes. 
 When you get a question wrong, the system automatically logs it, allowing you to later  tag specific mistake types  (e.g., Silly Mistake, Concept Missing) to identify patterns in your errors.  
 
  Grouping: 
 
 Questions attempted in  Quiz  mode are automatically grouped within the log. 
 You can also create  custom groups  to organize questions by mistake types, topics, or any other criteria you choose.
