Hi there,

I am currently in my first semester at a T25 school. It's a great school, but I was looking to attend a higher ranked school.

I want to transfer into a specific T15 school. I had been interviewed by them for their FT program for class of '19, but was rejected. I want to know if I have a better shot this time around because I'm currently attending a good business program. Or is it less likely that they would accept me this time?

Hi there,
Hi Trying312.... I'm not sure I have great news on this... generally speaking MBA programs have an unstated agreement that they don't like to "poach" and take other schools' students so it is not easy to transfer once enrolled in an MBA program.

Quite honestly I think this makes you LESS likely to get a spot- and what I might suggest is that you look to do a study abroad from your current school where maybe you can do an exchange for a semester at a program that is more highly ranked so at least you would get that exposure.
Good luck!
