I faced a technical glitch while taking a GMAT free mock exam today 23 Aug 2020, 07:02

Hello team,

This is regarding the technical timing glitch I faced during my free exam I took today. The first question in quant had 62 minutes and I spent 1 min for it and the second question starts with a timer of 50 mins. I lost 11 minutes there. This is really pathetic. Please reset my account free mocks and please reach me out regarding this timing glitch.

Hello team,

If it was official mock, you can reset on your own.
If it was any other mock, you can create another e-mail ID and give the mock again.

Create a new login with new mail ID. However, you will face repeated questions in free tests.

I dont know what the issue was But let me drop everything and start investigating why you were missing nine minutes in your test. I will do a thorough investigation with detailed data analysis. Please send me all your Internet traffic details.... or just create a new Veritas account and move on with your life.

Even I have faced a lot of timing issues on Veritas mocks

Their server is pathetic and it takes almost half a minute to move to the next question

The Server is pathetic. Should I buy the paid mocks?
