You should put the schools that you attended and add a note explaining the situation, potentially in the optional space. If you can fit them all in there, then do that. Its best to be complete with all of your information.

When applying to Stanford GSB, just be honest and clear—list each high school you attended with the correct name, location, and the dates you were enrolled.

For the Stanford GSB application, list each high school you attended in the order you went, along with accurate dates and locations even if you transferred due to boundary changes.

If you received a GED, you can indicate "GED" or "General Educational Development" in place of high school on forms asking about your education. For the school name, you can write "GED Program" or the name of the institution where you took the test. Always answer truthfully and clearly.
