I got admitted to IE and ESADE for MBA. Presently I am inclined towards a post-MBA career in consultancy. I am an Indian and would like to stay back and work in Europe for some time. ESADE will cost me 15000 Euros more but I am still inclined towards ESADE.
Looking forward to your advice and opinions on both schools and which one to choose.

There is a $15K scholarship but what is the real difference in tuition costs? is it 15K?
ESADE is more transparent and more traditional and real and less about filling seats so I think your intuition is right. However, for consulting it is not a big deal which of the schools you went to on paper. BCG hires from both for their pre-mba internship: https://careers.bcg.com/on-campus/programs/unlock (which I would suggest to apply to)
The recruiting will be up to you and up to your peers to help you with interviews.

IE has offered me a scholarship and ESADE has waitlisted me on the scholarship. After the scholarship, ESADE would cost me 15000 euros more.
I was looking up LinkedIn and it seems that all IE non EU graduates have come back to their home country, which is not the case for ESADE. This is also one of the reasons, I am leaning towards ESADE.
