Ans E.

1485=3^3*5*11

St1:

a =1, b=99, c=15

abc=1485

a=3,b=5,c=11

abc=165

Insufficient

St2:

No info about other values

Insufficient

St1&2 combined is also insufficient

a=1,b=135,c=11

a=1485

a=3,b=5,c=11

abc=165

I thought - what's with this question? we have the answer right from the question stem...1485 = 3^3 * 5 * 11
but now I see why I made the mistake...

Oh, I missed "THE ONE".

No, really! I failed to acknowledge that it can be written as 1^3 and the rest two can be blah blah.

Of course, you're stupid, if you miss "THE ONE" . :P :(
