A deck of cards has a total of 52 cards, consisting of 4 suits; (spades(Black), hearts(Red), diamond(Red)s, and clubs(Black)); and 13 cards including 1 king, 1 queen and 1 jack in each suit

A) 8/663
B) 4/663
C) 4/221
D) 1/169
E) 2/169

2 possible cases:

King - Queen or Queen -King (4 kings and 4 queens).

Either way,

the total probability = 2( King -Queen) = 2 (4/52 * 4/51) = 8/663. A is the correct answer.
