multiply max value of r with max value of s and smallest value of r with smallest value of s
so
range
2<rs<20

2<r<8

1<s<5/2

multiply the corner values: we will have 4 sets of values.

1*2 = 2

1* 8 = 8

5/2 * 2 = 5

5/2 * 8 = 20

Highest value = 20

lowest value = 2

2<rs<20.
