If Danielle ran a race at a constant speed, at what time did she finish?

(1) Danielle started the race at 8:00 a.m.
This tells us nothing about when she finished, how far she ran, rate, etc.
INSUFFICIENT

(2) At 9:30 a.m. Danielle was halfway through the race, and at 10:00 a.m., she was 2/3 of the way through the race.
Lets say she ran 10 miles.
In 1.5 hours she ran 5/10 miles.
in 2.0 hours she ran roughly 6.67 miles.

Every half hour she ran (5/10) / (1/3) miles: 1.67miles. If she ran at a constant speed, that means she finished the race by 11 A.M. It's not the distance that is important but rather, the rate she runs at. If her rate is constant and she finishes the intervals at the same time, the distance she covers is irrelevant.
SUFFICIENT

only B is enough .
at 9.30 he had completed half race , and at 10 he had compelted 2/3 rd race so within half hour he compelted (1/2-2/3)th race. since speed is constant . Its possible to calcuate when race will over. (no need to calculate though)
