given: r=7 then d=14 and circumference=14π=3.124…
so: arc AB has a length of 100/360*14π… 5/18*14π… 35π/9… aprox. 35/3=11+2/3=12

Answer (D).

Bunuel, I have a question here , how can we assume that the question is asking for the length of minor arc AB here? only by the option it is reflecting that the question has asked for minor arc length, but if such question stem is given as DS, it will be difficult i assume that whether it has asked for major or minor arc length coz depending upon this the angle subtends at the centre will be different , hence the answer.

The circumference is 14π, so arc AB is:

100/360 x 14π

10/36 x 14π

5/18 x 14π

70π/18 = 35π/9

Let’s round 35 to 36 and π to 3, so 35π/9 ≈ (36 x 3)/9 = 4 x 3 = 12.
