x/(11p) = odd prime number
x = odd prime number * 11p
Least value of x = Lowest odd prime number * 11 * Lowest value of p
= 3 * 11* 2 = 66

x/11p must be equal to 3 (odd prime)

so x=33p to get minimum value of x p must be smallest prime number so p=2

x=66

so answer must be (D) 66

as given n= x/11p = odd prime number; where x positive int and p prime.
so x must be a multiple of (11p) so it can have values as 22 33 44 55 66

least value of x = 66 which will give x/11p as odd prime number. when p=2

Ans: D

OFFICIAL SOLUTION:

x/(11p) = (odd prime);

x = 11p*(odd prime).

We need to minimize x, so we should minimize p and (odd prime). Since p is a prime, then the least value of p is 2 and the least possible value of (odd prime) is 3. Therefore $$x_{min}=11p*(odd \ prime)=11*2*3=66$$.

just plug in smallest prime number value for p which is 2
11p = 22
x/11p becomes least odd prime number for a value when x/11p =3
x = 66
