Total workers = 2700
Unskilled workers = 2700/3 = 900
out of 900, 600 are apprentices.
300 are not apprentices.
1/3 of the unskilled workers are not apprentices.

D is the answer.

2700/3 = 900 ; 900-600 = 300

300/900 = 1/3 IMO D
