Option C)

Number of people surveyed = 100
Liked Mustard = 95
Liked Mayonnaise = 85

Liked Mustard & Mayonnaise (Least) = 95 + 85 -100 = 80

( 85 + 95 ) - 100 = 80

Hence , the correct answer will be (C) 80...

when "none" = 0, "both" = 80
when "none" = 5, "both" = 85

since, here it is asked for the least possible value of "both", "none" is equal to 0, and "both" is equal to 80

the rule that bears mention: when "none" is at the least, "both" is also at the least, and when the value of "none" is set as the highest, the value of "both" will also be the highest and vice - versa

thanks
cheers through the kudos button if this helps

The least number when mustard and mayo overlap is 80
