yes, the answer is 12, and the formula is (3-1)! x 3!
By the way of explanation, if we choose 1 men, and place others accordingly with the rule, then MWMW.... => 3 women will has 3! ways
but, 3 men has (3-1)! ways only because this is round table, not a line
since it is a table, we do not multiply by 2 because the count will be same
