For the Question 3 -
Look at this part of the passage "John Vane discovered the relationship between nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, such as aspirin, and a group of molecules, called prostaglandins, responsible for producing the sensation of pain in the human body, among other functions."
It says that JV discovered the relationship between anti-inflammatories and prostaglandins. It states that prostaglandins are responsible for "producing the sensation of pain." Are we sure they are "producing the sensation of pain?" To strengthen this, the author shares, "They are now known to be generated by most mammalian tissues in response to external stimuli." So the external stimuli say injury. What happens when you get injured? Do you feel pain? Yes. The author is saying in response to injury, most tissues produce "prostaglandins." So it strengthens the fact that, basically, it is only prostaglandins that produce the sensation of pain because whenever injury happens, tissues produce

In question 4, are we not talking about potential harms and hype about COX-2? In my opinion, option B is correct. Kindly someone explain why D is correct.
