angle SQR is 2/5 the measure of angle PQR

i.e. if angle SQR = 2x
then angle PQR = 5x

i.e. angle PQS = 7x

PQR is 2/3 the measure of a right angle
Now PQR = (2/3)*90 = 60
i.e. 5x = 60
i.e. x = 12

Now, angle SQR = 2x = 2*12 = 24

It should be A

$$\angle PQR = \frac{2}{3}*90 = 2*30 = 60$$
$$\angle SQR = \frac{2}{5}*60 = 24$$
