The answer is B.

QP is a tangent to the circle, tangent at P. The radius is perpendicular to the tangent.
So, QPO = 90 Deg.
Since the 3 angles should add up to 180 Deg, the missing angle is 30 Deg.

QP is a tangent which touches the circle at point P and O is center of the circle. OP is radius.
Radius makes an angle 90 with the tangent.
Hence triangle QOP is right at P
∠QOP =60
∠QPO= 90
Hence ∠x = 30

IMO B

Tangent perpendicular to radius of circle = 90°
Given angle = 60°
Sum of 3 angle in triangle = 180°
60 + 90 + x = 180
x = 180 - 150
X = 30°

PQ is the tangent to the circle with center O
=> P = 90, Q + O =90
<=> 60 + x = 90
=> x = 30

PQ is tangent to circle, angle OPQ = 90
x = 180 - 90 - 60 = 30
Hence, OA is (B).
