As per the diagram, $$s^{\circ} + t^{\circ} + u^{\circ} + 75^{\circ} = 360^{\circ}$$

$$s^{\circ} + t^{\circ} + u^{\circ} = 360^{\circ} - 75^{\circ} = 285^{\circ}$$
