Diagonal of the square = $$√2$$*Side of the square

i.e. 3 = √2*a
i.e. a = $$3/√2$$

Perimeter of the square $$= 4*a = 4*(3/√2) = 6√2$$

diagonal = $$\sqrt{2}$$s
s = 3/$$\sqrt{2}$$

Perimeter = 4 * 3/$$\sqrt{2}$$

Multiply the ratio with $$\sqrt{2}$$

The Square has four 90 Degree angles.

With a bisecting line, that constitutes a 45-45-90 right triangle.

x root 2 = 3

x = 12 root 2 / 2

x = 6 root 2
