Well I would first recommend you pursue the role which you are most interested in, don't over curate your life with the focus of b-school. You are fairly young and your interests may change. As far as your future career goals go, working on the investment bank side and not the S&T would probably align better given some of the work will better prepare you for a career in VC. Also, being a woman will certainly help given women are still a bit underrepresented in most top MBA programs. Scoring in that 720/730 range with the rest of your background should hopefully have you competitive on paper. Remember the quality of your work experience, recommendations, and interview factor in a ton, but on paper combined with your strong GPA should set you up nicely
