I have a GMAT score of 710 and a low GPA of 6.3/10 from a top university in India(Bits Pilani). I have 3+ years of experience in Data Science Industry. However to enhance my prospects to get into top 10 Universities I am currently planning to do the following items:
1) Increasing my GMAT from 710 to 750+
2) Pursuing a diploma in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and gain a good GPA in the course post completion. ( It will get completed in January 2019)
Do you think investing my time and money in diploma for the next year help my prospects for getting a good scholarship or getting into a good university?

Thanks for sharing your profile. I’m not sure getting a diploma in machine learning and AI will do much to boost your application unless this somehow ties into your career goals, especially since the coursework will not be too similar to what you’d expect in your core classes as an MBA 1. Improving your GMAT will have the greatest impact
