2 year Experienc as a Software Engineer in a MNC(Accenture)
Work Profile:
1 Year in Quality Assurance
1 Year as a ORT Project Manager (Managing mini projects and managing Clients on day to day basics)
1 promotion in 2 year
1 Individual Award( Stellar Award) and 1 Team Award(Gold Standard Award)
Part of My Corporte Citizen program(to help people in enhancing their skills )
Extra Circular:
Founder and Secretary of English Proficiency Club in College
Industrial Visit Coordinator in College
Won many prizes in Marketing, Skit, dance.. in college

You have average profile with good academics and work experience from reputed company. Now you need to focus on getting 700+ GMAT, having said that b-schools not only judge you based on your GMAT they look for overall profile, leadership skills, achievements at work place, awards and recognition, team handling skills. So each and every aspect of your profile will be evaluated before inviting you for interview. Start focusing on the above aspects and try to build your profile and then apply with solid application to increase your chances.
