I would like to know given my profile, what are the odds of getting into INSEAD full-time.
I have a GMAT score of 700 with an undergraduate GPA of only 2.8 from a top 10 engineering program - UIUC.
I have 12 years of experience in engineering roles, customer interaction, product management. I have never managed people directly. However, I have been the team lead on various projects and have experience with technical customer facing roles and managing products in my product management role.
I am a citizen of India and a woman.

As you will probably be aware, your GMAT is around the average, your GPA would be below the average, and your age/work experience will be at the upper end. To mitigate being at the upper range of the age/experience of the typical MBA applicant, you will need to highlight strong leadership experiences and well-defined goals. As you have mentioned you have never managed directly at work, you would need to highlight leadership experiences in extracurricular activities, if applicable.
International exposure is also something INSEAD puts value on, so experiences in multi-cultural environments would greatly help.

Aside from professional experiences, you may use personal interests and passions to help your profile stand out from a competitive pool. It would also help to show how you can contribute to the experiences of your peers and the school community by bringing something unique.
