hey guys, just saw this forum recently...i'm an R3 applicant from India....M/26/740/5 yrs in IB and PE....

seems as if i should have taken the decision earlier and applied in R1/R2 based on the numbers in everyone's posts!

can anyone help me get access to the excel spreadsheet with everyone's profiles?

thanks

HankScorpio - my pleasure to fill in for you for a little while! Any news on WL movement for you?

Other R2 applicants, are you feeling the 3 Sept deadline looming? This is ostensibly the time I should just sit back and let whatever will be be, but I can't help but feel nervous.

Yes, the moment of thruth is approaching (you can sense it from the increasing presence on the forum). Anyone knows if all the interviews have been taken?

For those admitted students for Jan 2011 intake, do you know when is the first day you need to report to school (e.g. matriculation day)? Just trying to do the planning ahead. Many thanks!

10th of January or 3rd of January if you are taking the additional Business Foundations course before the actual Program.
I wish best of luck to all Applicants!!!

R2ers,

Should we start hearing decisions this week. The FAQs suggest that decisions are communicated aprox. 6 weeks after interview notifications. Some interview notifications went out in the first week of july -making this coming week the 7th wk. Are we likely to hear at the deadline? Or do the decisions start to roll now? What should we be prepping for. Its going to be an intense two weeks to the deadline.

dear frnd, I talked to a couple of R1 admitted students, they all received the final decision on the very last day, which is, in our case, 3 September.

btw, none of my interviewers replied my "thank you for your time" email after the interview, I kinda have a bad feeling about that....

Some decisions do go out earlier. I got mine 3 days before the deadline, as did some other people.

I wouldn't worry too much about your interviewers not replying.

a question for admitted students (sorry if this was already asked elsewhere): how long did you have to pay the deposit once admitted? What were the logistics of the deposit payment? i.e. could you go online and do it with a credit card? Can someone else make the payment for you on your behalf? I am asking because I'm going to be traveling in some less developed places starting sept 4 and am worried if i am accepted i will not be able to handle the logistics of getting the deposit paid. thanks!

Once admitted, you will be requested to pay 5,000 Euros deposit within about a month. The school does not accept credit card, but you can choose from bank transfer or sending a cheque. If it is the case your company sponsors your tuitions, payment from your company is also acceptable. I think for your case, to ask someone to send a check on behalf of you will be definately safe. Also, I guess if you ask your adcom, she might be able to accomodate your available options. :)

In case of bank tranfer, international bank transfers sometimes take more than a week to complete, but it will be no problem if the receit of your deposit in the INSEAD's bank account is late for the deadline as long as you submit the proof of tranfer within the deadline.

did u apply in r2 or r3?

It would be great if ppl could differentiate themselves bw R2 & R3 as we're both waiting to here back from INSEAD but just on different things. For R2, its admissions notification; For R3, its interview notification.
