Those who are waiting, please keep faith and stay calm - I received my interview invite, for Jan 2011 intake, at 3.30 PM France time on the last day

It seems that a very high proportion of people on this thread have received interview invitations. Has anybody compiled a list to capture all of this yet?

If so (and assuming the rate is relatively high), would it be fair to conclude that there is a bit of a selection bias amongst all of us and that we don't necessarily represent the entire applicant population?

My understanding (from reading previous threads) is that approximately 40%-50% of applicants are asked to interview. Does anyone have more concrete information than my guesstimates?

Nope, nothing yet. I speculate she is trying to get the US applicants out of the way. Dont expect half as many Canadian applicants compared to the US so should be much quicker calling list to get through.

Revisiting this site after a long while, and, what a coincidence, it is the day that INSEAD sends its last moment interview invites. Those still waiting, do not despair. I received my invitation at 6.00pm France time and then also got accepted. So no news is not necessarily bad news.

Hi all
This is my first post on this forum although I've been following it for some time.
I applied R3 September 2011 intake and was notified, by email, of my pre-selection about two days before the deadline by AMB.
However, this was more than a month ago and I'm still waiting to have my second interview scheduled. I'm not too worried as I have been assured that it won't impact the final decision making process (final decision due in 2 weeks).
Just thought I would share this story so that people don't become too worried about delays with the admission consultants at INSEAD. I think they are inundated with phone calls and emails every day and have a huge task getting through 6 admission rounds each year, reviewing candidates from across the world in every time zone. In the end I've decided that the worrying doesn't achieve anything and won't change the outcome so I've stopped :)

Just got the info for my two interviewers. One is a Director of HR. Can't find much info on the other except that he has an engineering degree.
