The problem is that your app was in a previous version, a 4.something. And the interview form is in the new version 5.0. I mailed the support guys and they said that I need to download the new application form and copy paste all the data into that and then export. Pretty dumb.
According to me, a slightly better option is to copy paste everything directly to the interview form.
Better still, send the whole app PDF (the good old 4. something version) to interviewers so that they can also read the essays.
Just my 2 cents. Below link should work for downloading new app form.

guys i am having the same problem. i cant believe tech support recommends copy pasting the entire application - that is pretty stupid. has anyone else found a way round this???

You don't need to copy the whole application. Just the first 6 pages.
Still, its burdensome.... it took me about 40 minutes. The fields are not in the same order, there are new fields, open text fields have been replaced by drop-down boxes.... It's a pain....
