If they received an application from you, they would send a confirmation email. Then, a coordinator will contact you. After that, coordinator will notify you of interview information. Maybe you miss something, and they push your application to the next round. Best thing to do now is contact the school and ask them.

You should have gotten a follow up email a few days after you submitted your application from your coordinator saying that your application was complete and will be reviewed. For anyone using gmail, this went straight to spam, so check there for it. If you did not get this email, then you may be on to something. If that is the case, I'm sorry. But hey, at least you haven't been rejected yet.
