None more than the fact that I couldn't get my application ready on time. Besides, INSEAD makes a point in stating that a candidate has an equal chance across all three rounds. Lastly, I think I have good acads (good grades through my BE and MS) and great international exposure. But, I belong to the over-represented group of Indian Male Software Engineers. And going in R1 or R2 would have reduced my chances as the number of applicants are just phenomenal. Ofcourse, whether the strategy worked is an altogether different question
