Definitely a Dilemma. I think an easy way to slice it is - where do you want to work after graduation? US or Asia/EMEA?
Darden does have STEM option so you can hang around for at least 3 years (you mentioned that too) so you have some safety in that.
If you are not into consulting recruiting, I can see how INSEAD is less of a play than if you were looking for consulting, though Tech consulting is strong anywhere if you are open to that. In the latest round of Corona, Tech is holding its ground and if Corona does continue, Tech will have to dominate with all the distance learning and overloading of networks and social distancing.
I do feel too that leaving INSEAD behind is a pity for a sleepy Darden. I am with you in your decision. My heart would tell me Insead but my mind is saying that's a dangerous move. I would totally go for INSEAD if you are OK being outside of the US and working in Asia/EMEA long term but if you are looking to settle in the US or enter the US market, then Darden would be the only way.

Thanks, everyone. So quick summary on the pointers, let me know if I understood it wrong.
1) Darden is more safe bet right now since two years time provides more time for the market to recover. Although in the case market doesn't recover well, I guess it will easier to get a job in Dubai/singapore/india from INSEAD than in the US from Darden.
2) US will provide more opportunities, given that EU will still struggle for some time. Singapore/Dubai even though they have good consulting options, I dont think they have many Tech/Fin options later if I want to switch from consulting.
3) Darden brand is not so much recognized in APAC, but after a few years, if I want to come back it will be easier to get a job here than compared to go to US from INSEAD.
All the pointers are in favour of Darden but I hate to leave behind such a big brand as INSEAD.
