You have a terrific profile, great grades and a spectacular GMAT score. The only weakness in your profile for 2+2 is your undergraduate school. I would certainly apply, however. Given everything else in your background, you could make a very good case for yourself.
I think it's also important to note here that if you don't get in, you can come back and apply later. The fact that you showed early interest can only help and not hurt you when you apply with full-time work experience in two to four years.

I am in a very similar situation. I completed my B.com and currently pursuing M.com from a top commerce college in Mumbai, however I am not sure of its reputation in the world. I spoke to the MBA Admissions at HBS and they said that the 2+2 is mainly aimed at the STEM majors and this year they are going to give special attention to the Humanities major. However she told me that the brand name of the undergraduate school is not something that is given any special preference as the 2+2 is aimed at students from different state schools who would not otherwise have a direct access to HBS. Secondly they also said that they do not have quotas for different countries and the fact that I was coming from India will not affect my chances. Although I was very happy with the call, She did stress that STEM is something they will focus on in 2+2 but encouraged me to apply nonetheless. Hope this helps. All the best.
