The fact that the Turkish government will sponsor you speaks well of you. The main challenges for you, I think, will be 1) showing career progression and a record of achievement on the job, and 2) having a good reason for why you want an MBA (esp. an American MBA). You're old enough now that top business schools will expect to see a history of accomplishments and of having a positive impact on the organization around you.
Re: your letters of recommendation, just be sure that the people who are writing them actually know you well and can speak about your strengths and accomplishments. Recommendations from people with big titles, but who don't actually know you well, will not help your application.
Your chances at top schools like HBS, Stanford, or MIT are probably somewhat low unless you can demonstrate some real accomplishments on the job. Your chances at Haas, Duke, Cornell, or NYU will probably be better.
