There is no right age to apply. It’s not about age but about your professional maturity, readiness, and the point in your career that count. These things can often be linked to age, but not always. 32-33 is not too old for an MBA if you can convince the admissions committee why is this the right time for you to do an MBA. However, keep in mind that if you are someone who is on the higher side of the class's average age, have worked for many more years than your classmates, it is pretty certain that adcom will be looking for the evidences of very strong leadership skills in your profile.
