Is \(|a^2+b^2|>|a^2-b^2|\)?
Since both a^2 and b^2 will be non-negative, it will be false only when a or b or both are 0

(1) a > 0
if B is not 0, yes
Otherwise NO
Insufficient

(2) a > b
Again nothing about b
Insufficient

Combined
B can still be 0 or otherwise
Insufficient
