St1:
We don't know if it is a right angle triangle or not

St2: we don't know anything about length of the sides

Combining
Don't know which one is hypotnuse

1) Two sides of the triangle are 6 and 8
2) ABC is a Right angle triangle

1) two sides are 6,8...
Max area will be if it's a right triangle with these two as smaller sides..
The triangle will become 6:8:10..
Area =1/2 *6*8=24...so yes
Otherwise no
Insufficient

2) ABC is a right angle triangle..
Nothing much
Insufficient

Combined..
If 6 and 8 are smaller sidea, area as shown above 24..yes
If 8 is hypotenuse, Ans NO
Insufficient

Hi, why no C ? By using Pythagorean triplets 8,6 can be 4,3(divided by 2). And we can triplet 3,4,5 from where we can conclude about the area ?

You're making an assumption that's not supported by neither statement nor the question font. The side with length 8 can just as well be the hypotenuse.
