I have been promoted 2 times during the last year as the company is growing fast(small business with less than 10 people). now at the age of 28 our CEO told me that he wants me to control marketing and sales, so called CMO. Is it good or bad?

Certainly that will show how valued you are by the company and it is a positive form of recognition, I don't see a downside per se, just aim to make an impact in your current or next role to show you deserve those promotions and to further stand out, and your experience should appear quite strong.
