Hello Scott,
I know that my profile is in the stretch category for MIT unless I will show fit with the school. But I think I can have at least a chance.
My question is more about is applying is meaningful in my situation?

Hello CriticalSquare, thank you for your answer.
I applied only to Duke in R1 because I had not much time after my last GMAT attempt.
I considered Darden (the same rankings as Duke - not worth), Yale (more or less the same as Darden), MIT and Kellogg (I don't have time now for good application + I don't speak with alumni (in MIT - yes) + my change is even smaller).

Yes, it's more about efforts than money. Thank you for opinion!

Yes I would say that if you can make it work, it would be meaningful for sure. The worst that happens is you are where you are now.

Sloan would certainly increase opportunities for consulting given its reputation and relationship with recruiters. Consulting firms tend to recruit from Sloan in greater numbers than Fuqua. You are a bit out of range for Sloan, but if you have the time and resources and want take your shot, then go ahead!
