lakshaya7 A 675 on the GMAT FE is borderline respectable IMO, for younger MBA candidates.
Since you have completed four years of experience, I would recommend ISB (which is better suited given your age and experience) and IIM A PGPX as top options.
I do have a comment or two about your work experience. If you have worked in two diverse industries, highlight in your essays an immersive understanding of market dynamics, competition, and the value proposition for the customer base. Showcase the nuances of these industries and how you had to think on your feet during your SDR and ICP stints. What did you learn while creating product-market fit?
Don't miss the opportunity to highlight your fast learning ability, team-building skills, and how you combined technical prowess with a vision for the company's business. Most startups have a flat job hierarchy, which limits growth opportunities when founders occupy the top positions. You didnt mention post MBA goals but schools will understand if someone might want to transition from a startup to a Fortune 500 company, especially if they are still developing their future plans. An MBA provides the brand support for this transition.
Your startup experience is actually a major advantage, as you rarely work in just one role. You can showcase the breadth of experience you gained in a short time and emphasize the strategic and immediate impact you had on the organization.
Also, don't get carried away by percentage increases in revenue for the startup. Instead, focus on projects where your impact had a direct correlation with the project's outcome. Success stories backed with facts will be key to converting the admits. If the organizations you worked for are relatively less known or haven’t been in the best shape since your tenure, you may need to aim a bit higher on the GMAT. B-schools often consider an organization's growth as an indicator of your potential.
