S1. In a square and a rhombus all sides are equal. AD are out
S2. diagonals are equal is not suff. since square and rectangle have both diagonals equal

Combine then you get a square

IMO C

Even diagnols of rectangle have same length

(1) says sides are equal .It can be rhombus too .INSUFFI
(2) just saying diagonals are equal.The quad can be rectangle INSUFFI

(1) and (2)This is true for square IMO C
