If you know the properties of square and other important quadrilaterals, it should be a very easy one to answer..
1. All the side of ABCD are equal.
So this is surely a parallelogram, but it can be Square or Rhombus.
2. Diagonal AC is perpendicular to diagonal BD.
This could be any quadrilateral. It could be square, kite, rhombus etc
Combined..
It can be again square or rhombus.
Even if we knew that diagonals bisect each other, we would still can't say for sure that it is square. The extra information we require is whether all angles are equal, that is 90.
