An easy question i suppose could have taken max upto a minute to solve
Lowest price comes out to be 89
from Store Z: $90, a 10% sales tax, and $10 rebate after tax
which is 10% of 90 = 9 hence price + Sales tax = 90 +9 =99$
99$ - 10$ = 89$
Lowest price comes out to be 89
