Below is my profile:
1. GMAT Score - yet to appear targeting 710+
2. Work Experience- around 3.5 yrs in a top IT product company as a data engineer
3. Industry - Data Analytics / IT
4. Academics - X-93%, XII-93%, Grad- 68% from a Tier-1 college.
5. Background - Engineering
6. Extracurriculars - Represented my graduation university in a cricket tournament at the national level and was runner-up.
Please evaluate and let me know the ballpark score for better chances of admission.

You have got one great profile there. ISB is a great school for people seeking a career in finance and thus seems a good fit for you. It evaluates the candidates on these four parameters:
1. Academic Excellence
2. Impact
3. Diversity
4. Clear career goals
I see you are a good mix of 1,2 & 4 in your profile. Though your undergrad and grad scores are not up to the mark, your CPA certification compensates for it. Also, your GMAT target is in line with the average, but I would advise you to target 10-points higher to stand a good chance at other good b-schools too, outside India. Your work experience seems really great and your accomplishments already speak about it enough. Also, your post-MBA goals seem quite in alignment with your prior career experience. You have not provided any details of your extracurriculars. ISB stresses greatly on this part since they want to see you ‘beyond work’ and it may provide for the ‘diversity’ missing in your profile which is very needed to stand out in a pool of Indian male engineers.
What’s going to matter most in your application is how you connect the experiential dots and build a great story. Also, which other schools are you eyeing? But what I can see and assess from these details, it looks good. Your stats are already great for ISB and a GMAT target of 710 is in line with the ISB average. Work experience of 3.5 is lower than the average but as long as you are highlighting great stories of ‘impact’ and ‘leadership’, you stand a fair chance to ISB. Pursuing a sport as extracurricular can bring really great stories of passion and resilience and may speak for a lot of other aspects of your personality.
